ACZ-350®

The ACZ-350® is a non-redirective, gating crash cushion that consists of an integrated steel nose and water-filled, steel reinforced plastic segments. The system is tested to NCHRP Report 350 Test Level 2 and Test Level 3. The ACZ-350® crash cushion is ideal for use in work zone applications.

*After an impact, the product must be inspected and evaluated per the direction of the specifying roadway authority. The ultimate decision on reusability rests with the specifying roadway authority and/or state DOT.

Assembly & Maintenance

Lightweight design for more efficient assembly and relocation.

 

Assembly Involves Three Steps:

  • Unload
  • Position and pin barrier sections
  • Fill segments with water

 

Back-Up Structure and Attachments

  • Multiple transitions for steel barriers.
  • Universal transition for concrete barriers.
